hope all is well Mr. Sechrest

You know I tend to over study some things from time to time.

1) the current default profile pic right now, in black and white. is there any particular meanings or just happen to be random pic.?

2) the pic for the poster of gay erotic expo post party, for some reason, i believe that pose best represents who you are. an innocent (or hurt) kid, with rough look to protect himself. i'm like that way too.

especially i moved out on wednesday, on my own, congrats to me for that, i'm trying to get over with the past and stop being this rough and hurtful person to protect myself from getting hurt. but since mom was the main reason that I need to get over with this endless nightmare, do you think should i just completely cut off ties with her?

i'm trying to get a new set photoshoot (with hardons :P ), now i've completed phase one of this life change, i'm pretty much ready to explore phase 2.

enough of me talking, lol. guess you're tired from the work. cheers. don't get over-exhausted.

cheers. xo

Jimmy -

The B&W photo on my MySoace page is a cute behind-the-scenes pic that Powder took at KSEX. I thought he really captured something there.

The other photo you're talking about on the GEE party ads was shot by my favorite photographer, Violet, who I desperately need to work with again as soon as I get a chance to breathe. My best friend and webmaster also choose that photo and the main image for my other site JasonSechrest.com and she knows me VERY well so you may be onto something there. I'd say that's a pretty astute description of me too. Never thought of it has being conveyed in that photo but I think you're right.

If you care about being friends with your mom, you're eventually going to have to confront her with the reasons why you are hurt by what she has done and how she has behaved, be it face to face or in a letter or whatever the case may be. Not angrily, but quietly and honestly. She will probably come back with ways she feels she has been hurt by you. It's sort of like it has to get worse before it can get better really. Trust me, I've been through it. But if you can stop fighting and arguing over the small stuff and start fighting and arguing over what is really at the root of it, the big stuff that is REALLY bothering you... then when that fight is resolved, the rest will go away.

Personally, I didn't want to go through the rest of my life fighting with my mother and just forced a serious confrontation when I was 20. I hated having put her through it because I knew at the time, it really hurt her to have to face those demons and hear those things. But it made her see things from my perspective and made her never want to do anything to hurt me again.
