Sadie Sicky
I found out today that my 3 1/2 year old black lab Sadie May Sechrest has skin cancer. I should know next week if it is benign or malignant. The tumor is over the skin so if it is benign, it will fall off. If it is malignant, they will need to perform surgery to remove it and hopefully that will get all of it.
I'm sure she will be fine. I'm absolutely certain of it.
But if you happen to have a spare thought... picture her happy and tail wagging and running around completely healthy for me. Thanks.

Being a dog lover I know how hard it is when they get sick. Its like another member of the famly and they dont know how to let us know whats wrong. I have a 3 yr old b/w shiztu who is the baby of the house. I'll keep Sadie in my prayers and hope everythiung cones out fine.

I'm so sorry to hear this Jason. Sadie looks like a beautiful Lab!! I have had several dogs, and my grandparents had 3 very special dogs. The first a Cokerpoo name Kokamo, dies with Porvo. The Second, a Coker, snchure mix had to be put to sleep. The last, a 10 yr. + Pekekanise named Yogi, I have taken since my Grandma passed awat in Janurary. I know how you are feeling, but I'm sure that everything will be all right! You'd be suprised how reselient dogs can be. And yeah, there are just like a member of the family!! I've loved each and every dog my family has had. All my prayers for you, and Sadie!!

Well it has been over 2 weeks with no update on the dog, so I guess it was never really that important anway.
