What The... ?!
Okay, this is not an impersonator.
This is the real Alanis Morissette.
And yes, she is doing a cover of the song, "My Humps (My Lovely Lady Lumps)."
Um...
Yeh.
The scary thing is, it's pretty fuckin' hot. She is a mess. I love her.
Oh wow, You've added some features to your comments section. Very nice. I love her voice but she does not choose to sing my style of music. I am sad. Still I love her acting even more. Even in this little clip her personality comes through. She was totally 'GOD' in 'Dogma' by Kevin Smith. That was a group of geniuses at work.
She's like Madonna, Kylie, doing evolution with each stage in her musical career. Although she'd be the alternative one (you know what I'm saying, although still a pop music but it's her own dark and deep style).
Chuck - Oddly enough, I really like it too! LOL... I'm glad that with the video she shows she's not taking herself too seriously -- but the song itself is sung totally straight and has a really eerie feeling to it. xo L, J.
Albert - YAY! Glad you like the new direction. I actually still haven't seen "God" but if you think it's worth the watch, I will have to check it out. xo L, J.
Jimmy - Funny you should mention Madonna. A lot of people blame her for the decline of Alanis's career and popularity. Alanis signed with Maverick, Madonna's company, early on in her career and as we all know, the music development branch of that label ended up shutting down. xo L, J.
But isn't that's the reason why the gays love - the Drama? Otherwise how could Madonna, Kylie, (and I predict next) Britney be so popular in the gay community?
Alanis' last album, at least with the singles played on the radio, were a bit blend, nothing too strong that stands out.
Ihortenso - I should mention, I just found out this was an April Fool's Day joke from Alanis's web site. lol ...which makes it all the more awesome to me! xo L, J.

Sacrilege!
My Hump is the sexiest song ever and it's been turned into a Requiem.
It's like... having a born againg christian edit the car washing scene from Cool Hand Luke.
Ok. I need to see the original now.
Ok, I feel better now.
(my hump, my hump, my hump, my hump, my hump)
