"The X Show" Begins...

So last night, I launched my new weekly porn event, The X Show, at RAGE in West Hollywood. To the 40 - 50 patrons at the show, the event, featuring special guests Mark Dalton and Bruce Vilanch, went off without a hitch. For those of us behind the curtains back stage, it was a vertiable nightmare! As Dreamgirl star Chad Michaels told the audience later in the evening, "Jason Sechrest pulled a rabbit out of his ass tonight and had an amazing show!"

All I'm going to say is, everything that could've gone wrong went wrong. It was almost comical looking back on it now. I basically ended up having the Dreamgirls themselves do opening announcements, working the curtains, etc. throughout the entire evening. If it weren't for them and an amazing tech crew, I don't know what I would've done. But thanks to a lot of last minute team work... I mean, you would've never been able to tell the amount of insanity and chaos going on back there! It came off looking like the most professional and polished weekly porn event in West Hollywood -- which is exactly what it is! But for those of you who attended and kept telling me it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, just wait until you see what the show is REALLY like in the coming weeks! ;-)

Speaking of those who came... wow! Talk about a star studded crowd! Attendees included Trevor Knight, Ross Cannon, Drew Warner, Angel Benton, Brandon Baker, Jason Hawke, Blue Blake, Scott Adler, Andy Kirra, Caleb Carter, Rusty, Jonathan Chang and my old pals Micky's bartenders Keith and Andy. And those were only the ones I could see from the blinding lights of the stage! If I didn't get a chance to thank you in person, please know that your support totally warmed my cockles and I can't tell you how much I appreciate you all being there for my first night. Seriously. Just blew me away.

Highlights included Mark Dalton giving an amazing strip tease performance and Bruce Vilanch's story about what a total bitch Star Jones was when he met her for the first time. Next week it's Hot House Video night with special guests Shane Rollins, Jordan Vaughn and Sister Roma.
