Oh, What a Circus! Oh, What a Show!

Last night's X Show at RAGE was at long last everything we had dreamed of it being technically! The video screen was implemented which brought a lot more glamour to the show. There was an opening video montage, my shilouette as an entrance, logos for the companies projected during the interviews and video clips from their movies to introduce the guests. I was in total heaven. The place was by no means packed to the rafters, but I'd say there was about the same turn out as last week. Honestly, I was just so glad to be performing the show the way it was meant to be, there could've been three people sitting there and I wouldn't have cared. Least we forget that I AM a vertiable Sally Bowles and I LOVE a cabaret! Remember that scene where she's singing "Maybe This Time" like it is to Madison Square Garden and there's only like three people sitting in the club? Yeah, that's me.

It was Hot House night and they were promoting their new big hit, Justice. My guests were stars of the movie Shane Rollins and Jordan Vaughn, along with Hot House publicist and Sister of Perpetual Indulgence, Roma.

People have mixed reactions to Jordan Vaughn. He's one tough nut to crack. He likes dick, but only if it's on a girl apparently. As long as there are boobies, he's fine. But he'll do anything for money! He's a bad boy to the core, using terms like "gooks" on stage and discussing the 10+ times he's been in jail. But damn the guy has a body on him! The second he took his shirt off, the audience was in love with him.

Roma, who received more applause than both boys combined, confirmed that Shane Rollins is without a doubt the highest paid porn star of the year. Rollins himself said he was paid an "obscene" amount for Justice. He also explained his marriage situation, saying he has always been completely split down the middle bisexual and his wife has always been fine with that.

He also said Trevor Knight's scene was one of his favorites. Surprise sur-fucking-prise! I pointed Trevor out in the audience and said I was damned tired of hearing that. It's totally true. Everyone I fuck either says, "Oh I haven't been fucked like that since Trevor Knight" or "Oh, you and Trevor Knight are my favorite fucks." It pisses me off because I think he has like almost an inch on me AND he has the abs. So, I'm over it. I was the shit before Trevor came along. Now it's Trevor this and Trevor that and did you know I had sex with Trevor and I'm doing a sex scene tomorrow with Trevor and I'm carrying Trevor's children inside my ass as we speak? Over it. Love you Trevor.

Chi Chi LaRue was in the audience tonight too. She's a good friend of Roma's so she drove her and Shane Rollins to the show. She sat through the whole show and I think I finally got all of my "bad chi," so to speak, out of my system! When I first hit the stage, I thanked the Dreamgirls for helping me out so much the week before and said that it restored my faith that not all drag queens are "fucking cunts." I also made a few drinking jabs throughout the night -- "Oh, I must have been drunk!" "I was drunk then and I'm drunk now. I'm drunk all the time!" -- and at one point when she tried to shout something to Roma from audience, I turned to her and said, "Awww... do you not have a microphone tonight?"

By the time the show was over, my big bag of vitriol had been emptied. I thanked her for coming to the show and told her she would have a table at my show and Dreamgirls any night she wanted to come back. She said she really enjoyed the show and that it was a great production.

The bitch still has a huge piece of my heart and she knows it. I still adore her far more than I should. She's kind of impossible to adore. She's welcome to book her boys and herself at The X Show anytime she wants. All she has to do is ask.

By the way, a friend of mine ran into Micky's for a minute last night and when I went to get him, I was told I was not allowed in the club. My friends at the door, Aaron and Robert, were telling me that it was coming down from Maryann McClintock, the manager. Wow. I don't think I even need to say anything snide or clever about that. Their actions speak for themselves. And the funny thing is, Chi Chi had just asked if I would be stopping by her DJ night at Micky's Cocktails with the Stars this week. Damn girl, I guess I won't be able to make it!

Roma and I stayed at RAGE and watched The Dreamgirls Revue where I proceeded to drink myself completely under the table. I don't really remember leaving, proving everything I said on stage to be absolutely true! lol ...No, actually I haven't drank like that in a long time. But I don't feel very pretty today.

Oh! There's a photo here of Roma holding a certificate. Jonathan Chang dropped it off for me last night. Apparently I've been nominated for The 2006 WeHo Awards. Now, the look on Roma's face as she's holding the certificate kind of portrays my own feelings about the nomination. First of all, it's not really me that has the nomination, but my business. And it's not really my business DV8 Entertainment either, it's just a branch of my business, the smallest branch at that, DV8 Public Relations. And it's in the category of Best New Business. ...Even though I've had DV8 Public Relations for six years, four of which it has been based out of West Hollywood. Yeah. So! It's an honor just to be nominated for anything, of course, but it's all very confusing and I don't know that it's really fair to the other Best New Business nominees to have one in the category that has been around for so long.

On the other hand, it's kind of cool because I think what I do in public relations is the only thing I've ever done that hasn't been nominated for an award! So I can say that even my press releases are award-worthy! LOL... Now, if I can get my poo to be award worthy, that would really be something! That's what's next for me. How hot would that be? If I could get nominated for like Best Poo of the Year?

One thing's for damned sure though. You can bet I'm gonna write a press release on it!
